Danica Campsite is only a few hundred metres from the centre of the village Bohinjska Bistrica. This location enables a complete feeling of remoteness and peace, offering the possibility to explore and experience nature. Big disounts on ACSI camping card and Campingavigator camping card!
Levelled surfaces enable the comfort and access for the disabled. Campsite parcels are located in the shadows of trees or in the sun, along the rumbling Sava Bohinjka River, close to the reception desk and children's playground. Electricity connections are available in the entire campsite. Danica campsite is open 365 days in a year.
Satisfied guests, untouched environment and long-lasting success - all this is important for us. We are constantly working to protect the environment, safety and quality. In order to achieve ever-better goals, we are actively participating in ECOCAMPING and we have received the ECOCAMPING certificate.

Award winning comfort
The newly renovated cottage "Stan” is for those who like to stay under a solid roof in the cozy natural shelter of Camp Danica. Thecottage, located on the terrace next to Zone B, is modernly equipped, including products that has a quality certificate Bohinjsko, for an unforgettable experience for 2 people.
Hygiene and pets
We dispose of modernly furnished sanitary premises that were renewed in the spring of 2016, including a modern laundry room, sanitary premises for children and a camper station. We are one of rare campsites that enable guests to wash laundry in washing machines, and we also provide room for drying laundry. If pet dogs are kept on leashes and do not disturb other guests, they are more than welcome at the Danica Campsite. We have arranged a special dog toilet called "Artur".
