Tosidos Triathlon Steelmen Bohinj"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><b>Tosidos Triathlon steelmen Bohinj <\/b> \u2013 a legendary challenge in the heart of Triglav National Park<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the most beautiful corner of Slovenia, where nature and inner strength meet, an event that goes beyond sport comes to life every year. The Triathlon Steelmen is more than just a test of the body &#8211; it is a tribute to individual perseverance, determination and courage. <\/p>\n<p>With its long tradition and unforgettable character, it is one of the oldest triathlons in the country. But what really sets it apart is its unique composition and the breathtaking scenery of Lake Bohinj, the mountains of Pokljuka and Vele Polje under the mighty Triglav. <\/p>\n<h4>Steel participants embark on an epic journey:<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>8 km kayak paddling &#8211; to the picturesque Ukanc and back \/ 5 km SUP &#8211; to mark and back, on the crystal surface of the lake \/ 1.8 km swimming &#8211; between Sv. Janez and Kramar <\/li>\n<li>16 km mountain biking &#8211; over Uskovnica to Pokljuka<\/li>\n<li>10 km run uphill &#8211; over Konj\u0161\u010dica mountain to the finish at Vodnikova hut<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Each stage tells its own story, and each participant writes it in his or her own way &#8211; with the strength of body and mind. It&#8217;s not just a competition, it&#8217;s an experience that stays with you. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applications are accepted via the online form through the 25th. 8. 2026, or until all available spots are filled. Registration on the day of the competition will <strong>not<\/strong> be possible; a total of 150 spots are available for individuals and 100 spots for relays. <\/p>\n<p>The race starts on the 29th. 8. 2026 at 9:00 a.m. for swimming and 10:00 a.m. for kayaking and SUP, at St. John\u2019s Church, Rib\u010dev Laz. You can pick up your race numbers on Friday, the 28th.   8. from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the TD Bohinj offices and on Saturday, the 29th 8. from 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at the Pod skalco event venue in Rib\u010dev Laz.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Become a volunteer <\/strong><strong>\ud83d\udc9a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Steel Triathlon wouldn&#8217;t exist without the warm-hearted people behind the scenes.
