On Saturday, 14th of December, the members of the Bohinj Tourist Association concluded the year with a very special event – an association day full of warmth, friendliness and Bohinj spirit. We gathered at 6pm in front of the headquarters of the association in Ribčev Laz, where the evening experience began.

The event started with a picturesque torchlight walk. The cold and the darkness could not spoil the pleasant atmosphere, as the members of the association came together in a very special way, with a pleasant chat and the light of the torches. Along the way, we took a moment to admire the sights in Ribčev Laz, including a tour of the interior of the Church of St John the Baptist.

Members were among the first to get a sneak peek of the newly refurbished facilities that will host visitors from all over the world in the future – our renovated apartments. We are proud to have been able to showcase this project, which symbolises our commitment to quality and hospitality.

We wrapped up the evening in front of the Info Centre, where we were warmed by good mood and hot drinks. We socialised over tea, mulled wine, šmorn and accordion tunes, while conversations filled the air with smiles and joy. At the end of the evening, we presented those present with a gift to symbolise our gratitude for their support and cooperation throughout the year.

The Association Day was a great opportunity for members to come together and celebrate a successful year. Together, we created moments that prove that it is cooperation and belonging which bind us together and keep us moving forward.
