Village evenings under the linden tree – experience the heart of Bohinj tradition
Summer in Bohinj has its own charm – and you can feel the special vibe on Monday evenings in Srednja vas, where the traditional Village Evenings under the linden tree take place under the mighty linden tree. Authentic Bohinj hospitality, the sounds of local music, song, dance and the smell of local delicacies create an atmosphere you will never forget.

Every Monday in July and August at 20.30, we invite you to join us for evenings celebrating the folk heritage of the Upper Bohinj Valley. Local cultural artists – folklore groups, singers, brass players, dancers – each with their own story and soul of the place.
There will also be homemade food and drinks, kind words and an evening that brings together all generations.
You are invited to feel the charm of Bohinj’s summer evenings together with the locals!
