The hill divides Bohinj in the Upper and Lower Bohinj Valley and is one of the most beautiful panoramic sites in Bohinj.
Brod is just 2 km from the centre of Bohinjska Bistrica with shops, services, catering, cultural and recreational facilities. You can also reach Bohinjska Bistrica along the cycling route running directly from Brod. The village is 4 km away from Lake Bohinj, the natural pearl of Triglav National Park (TNP) with the highest Slovenia’s mountain, Triglav (2864 m).
