The trail starts in the village of Ribčev Laz, where you will be captivated by the beautiful view of Lake Bohinj from the very beginning. Cycle along the south side of the lake on a comfortable asphalt road all the way to Ukanec. Follow the signs for the Savica waterfall on the way. When you arrive at the entry point, you can refresh yourself by buying a drink, a snack or an ice-cream at the entry point. Then leave your bike at the designated place and walk up the beautifully landscaped path to the waterfall.
The path leads you up 553 stone steps through authentic nature to the magnificent Savica Waterfall.
