Before each excursion, the guides will teach you the basics of horse handling and prepare you for a safe ride. You can choose between shorter hikes through the nearby meadows and forests, or longer excursions leading to the secret corners of Pokljuka. Horse riding takes place in all seasons, as each season offers its own magic – from the lush greenery of summer to the snowy landscapes of winter.
In addition to horse riding, Ranč Mrcina also offers carriage rides, a riding school, farm games, children’s camps and a special winter programme – the perfect experience for the whole family.
