Polkafest

Join us for a summer evening in Bohinj, where Polkaholiki will provide a night full of great fun with their excellent music and unforgettable atmosphere.

POLKAFEST, 25. 7. 2026

On Saturday, July 25, 2026, we invite you to the Polkafest music evening, which will take place in front of the Joža Ažman Cultural Center in Bohinjska Bistrica.

The popular band Polkaholiki will set the mood with an energetic performance featuring their biggest hits, ensuring an evening full of great music, dancing, and fun.

Program

  • Date: Saturday, 25. 7. 2026
  • Location: in front of the Joža Ažman Cultural Center, Bohinjska Bistrica
  • Music program: 7:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Visitors will have access to the free Danica and Kobla parking lots, and a wide selection of food and drinks will ensure a pleasant festival atmosphere.

Free entrance.

Locals say Bohinj is at the end of the world, but it is only 25 km from Bled and very well connected by transport. Bohinj can be reached by car, bus, train and coach.

In Bohinj, we recommend using public transport and the Bohinj Mobility Card – you will be fully mobile without a car, as Bohinj is a member of the Alpine Pearls Tourist Board and is thus committed to sustainable mobility and better connectivity to public transport within the Alps.

Organised services and timetables
As a contribution to sustainable mobility, we offer organised transport in Bohinj (summer season, holiday transport, ski bus, on-call transport, etc.) in addition to our regular services.
