Magical moments at the Savica Waterfall

🌿💧 Discover the magic of one of the most picturesque waterfalls in Slovenia – Savica Waterfall. Get ready for a short hike along a well-maintained path through the forest and you will be rewarded with a view of the unique “A” shaped waterfall, which from a height of 78 metres flows into an emerald poolside.

Locals say Bohinj is at the end of the world, but it is only 25 km from Bled and very well connected by transport. Bohinj can be reached by car, bus, train and coach.

In Bohinj, we recommend using public transport and the Bohinj Mobility Card – you will be fully mobile without a car, as Bohinj is a member of the Alpine Pearls Tourist Board and is thus committed to sustainable mobility and better connectivity to public transport within the Alps.

Organised services and timetables
As a contribution to sustainable mobility, we offer organised transport in Bohinj (summer season, holiday transport, ski bus, on-call transport, etc.) in addition to our regular services.

Parking in Bohinj is organised in free and paid car parks. We recommend buying the Bohinj Mobility Card, which offers free parking.
