On our bicycle trip from Trieste to Lubjana, we did a 1 night stop here. Only mistake of our travel. They don’t like neither people, neither life. Once you arrive, Branco will seat close to you in order to keep an eye on what you are doing. And permanently…. Even in the morning.
After each shower, he check the state of the bathroom, and if there is water on the inside door of the shower, you will not be disappointed ! He will explain you how to take to shower in order to avoid any drop of water in the bathroom. Fortunately he did not do the same with toilet…
Branco sell beer Lasko (3.5€, very expensive in comparison with other places) and wine (20€) ; if you buy it they give you glasses. But if you need a bowl for salad (we were 9), you can wait 40 minutes, he have to discuss with his wife if it is possible or not… A simple bowl. Nothing more. And they were plenty of it. At the end (after 40 min, it’s not a joke) they give us the dogs bowl (see picture).
If you ask for aluminium foil, he will ask you for what, and explain you “you don’t need it”. Amazing 😂
The best is when 22 o’clock ring : you “must go to sleep” to take his own words. Because other people pay more than you for a room (500€, and you only 200€…), and their flat is not far from the meal place, so there are risk to “disturb” them. The real problem is he is going to sleep at 22h, so he cannot keep an eye on you anymore… Absolutely crazy.
We booked for tent, but we were not allowed to set it up ?!!? So he forced us to the straw option in the chicken coop, in the end very cool. However, not secure at all : a moving ladder to introduce the “flat” (see picture). And, very dangerous stairs to go to toilet during night because no lights (see picture).
Absolutely not friendly, the wife chose to whom she say “Hello”. And, it seems it was not for us, the “plebs”.
Please, don’t receive people anymore, you obviously don’t like life. Close your air bnb and open your heart. You are only in it for the money.
