Salute to Triglav

IN MEMORY OF THE FIRST MEN REACHING TOP OF TRIGLAV

Every Friday in July and August, there will be a short cultural and musical event
at the monument to the Four Brave Men in Ribčev Laz. Bohinj singers and musicians
will perform under the monument at 8 pm. At the end of the event, there is a "salute
to Triglav" with the song "Oj, Triglav, moj dom", played on the trumpet.

The events will take place every Friday, between 7th July and 25th August, at 8 PM.

On Friday, 26th August, the municipality of Bohinj also celebrates a municipal holiday,
where we remember Four Brave Men, who ascended Triglav on 26th August 1778. In the honour
of Four Brave Men we will celebrate their success on Friday, 25th August.
